It’s so nice to book an appointment and just feel like a bride… not a plus size bride, not in a bridal shop with a few dresses in plus size in the corner that fit you. Ruth helped me find my dress, I went in with ideas but it was her who found my dress and I adore it! The girls are all so lovely, all popping in to see it and to offer congratulations. We dealt with Bex, who was so warm and friendly. She asked me questions about styles and options she then allowed me to browse the shop as-well as selecting a few styles she thought hit my description. She was so helpful and nothing was a problem. I was made to feel amazing, so comfortable and confident. The other girls were so lovely. The vibe of the shop is so homely and I feel a calm in the whirlwind that is bridal shopping.
